The SFM pages are organized by functional areas that correspond to tabs below the header. The following table shows the pages that are available from each tab.
Note: The buttons that display when you click a tab are determined by your user role.

Retailers tab |
The user must select a retailer on the Retailer List page to open the retailer's record and display the retailer buttons. Retailer buttons are displayed according to the authorizations assigned to the user's role. Buttons display the following pages for the selected retailer. |
Games tab |
The Games page provides information about current and historical instant games. The page also allows authorized users to manage game graphics and game-related notes that are displayed within the portal. Games buttons are displayed when the Games Page is accessed: |
Field tab |
Field buttons display field information as defined by authorizations assigned to the user's role. The user may have authorization at a district, area, or state-wide level. The Field buttons access the following pages: |
Admin tab |
The Administration tab displays buttons as defined by the authorizations assigned to the user's role. The Administration buttons access the following pages: |
Docs tab |
The Documents page allows users to search for and view the contents of documents that have been uploaded to the Retail Management System. |
Equip tab |
The Equip (Point of Sale) Catalog page displays Equipment items that are currently available from the Lottery or IGT. The Equip Tab has access to the following pages:

The Media tab displays Lottery media campaigns that have been uploaded to the portal . |
Forms tab |
The Forms tab displays the Forms page. |
Reports tab |
The Reports tab displays the reports relating to your role. |
Survey tab |
The Survey tab displays the Survey Administration page. The Survey Administration page presents all surveys within the system accessible by the user. Survey buttons are available to access the following pages:
