This page allows you to
• View the service history of a retailer you select
• Modify, and delete retailer service entries.
• View the Cadence history for the retailer
To
view the details of any service entry go to the Retailer’s-Hist
Page, and click or touch the Show Detail
icon.
The Store Visit icon indicates a store visit is associated to the record.
The Telephone Call icon indicates a telephone call/conversation is associated to the record.
The Email icon indicates an email is associated to the record.
Change the dates for a different date range
To edit the details of any service entry go to the Retailer’s-Hist Page, and click or touch the Pencil icon. This will go to the Service Entry Edit page.
To delete a service entry go to the Retailer’s-Hist Page, and click or touch the Trash Can icon. A confirmation will be requested.
To view Cadence history go to the Retailer’s-Hist Page, and click or touch the Cadence Case History button.
