The service entry details are displayed in the Retailer Visit Page.Follow the steps below to modify an existing service entry from the Retailers-History page.
Note: You can only modify a service entry within a designated period from the day it was created. This period is determined by the Lottery.
1. On
the Retailer History page, click or touch the link for the service entry you want to edit.
The service entry details are displayed in the Retailer Visit Page.
Note: The edit link only appears during the designated edit period.
2. In the Edit Service Entry pane, update the entry as needed.
3. Click or touch the Save button. The entry is updated and a confirmation message is displayed.
4. To return to the Retailer History Page, click or touch the Hist link.
