Follow the steps below to delete an existing service entry from the Retailers-History page.
Note: You can only delete a service entry within a designated period from the day it was created. This period is determined by the Lottery.
1. On the Retailer History page, click or touch the Delete link (Trash can icon) for the service entry you want to delete.
Note: The delete link only appears during the designated delete period.
2. Click OK on the Alert pop-up.
