Searching for Forms

Form records are displayed by name. You can sort the forms in any column in ascending order by clicking on the column heading. To sort in descending order, click the column heading again.

You can use the search box to search for forms by name or description. Enter part of a media name or description and click the Go button. To clear the search results and display all forms, click the Clear button.
