Click or touch the 
Button corresponding to
the group you want to delete.
Result: A Confirmation Dialog Box is displayed.

Click the OK Button.
Result: The Field-Groups Page is displayed with the selected group removed from the list.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each group you want to delete.
