Changing Your Password

You may change your password at any time by clicking the Password link at the top right of your screen. You may also be prompted to change your password by an alert.

Note: You will receive a reminder email 10 days before your password expires.

Password Requirements

♦         Must be 8 characters long

♦         Must NOT be the same as any of your previous 10 passwords

♦         Must contain at least 3 of the following:

Uppercase letters (A, B, C...)

Lowercase letters (a, b, c...)

Numbers (0, 1, 2...)

Special characters (anything else)

How to change your password

1.        Do one of the following:

°     Click on the password alert on the Home Dashboard screen.

°     Click the Password link at the top right of the Home Dashboard screen.

2.        Enter the following and click or touch Save:

°     Current password

°     New password

°     Confirm new password
