Work with open service entries
Click the link in the alert message

Navigate to the Field>Service page
Change your password
Click the link in the alert message
—or—
Click the Password link on the Home Dashboard.
Alert messages are located on the top left and right corners of the Home Dashboard. They identify actions that you need to take in the portal.
