About the Sales Force Mobility System

The Missouri Lottery Sales Force Mobility System is a web-based application that is designed to support the activities of the field staff and the Lottery headquarters staff who manage and support the field.

Recommended Browsers

The Sales Force Mobility System (SFM) must be accessed through an internet connection using a web browser. Safari, Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 9+ or Google Chrome™ browsers are recommended. The system is designed to support a variety of computer types, screen sizes, and resolutions, including the tablets/laptops operated by the Sales Reps.

User permissions and capabilities are determined by the role assigned to the user.

District Manager

District Managers supervise the activities of the Sales Reps in their district

  • Perform same activities as LSRs for retailers in the district

  • View all retailers and territories within the district

  • Temporarily or permanently assign retailers to other territories

  • View activities of all Sales Reps in their district

  • Approve sales rep submitted forms

  • View top sellers and goals for the entire district or any territory

  • View the POS catalog, scratchers game catalog and media files

  • View LSR routes for the district

Regional Manager

Regional Managers are assigned to a Regional Office and supervise the activities of the Sales Reps in their region

  • Perform same activities as LSRs for retailers in the region

  • View all retailers (and all their information) and territories within the region  

  • Temporarily or permanently assign retailers to other territories

  • View activities of all Sales Reps in their region

  • Approve sales rep submitted forms

  • View top sellers and goals for the entire region or any territory

  • View the POS catalog, scratchers game catalog and media files

  • View LSR routes for the region

  • Enter news for their region

Corporate Sales Manager

Corporate Sales Managers work with specific accounts

  • May see whole state including independents

  • View top sellers and goals at any level

  • Research retailer information for any retailer in the assigned accounts,     including sales, tasks, visit history, POS, etc

  • View the POS catalog, scratchers game catalog and media files

  • Administrative functions related to corp accts  

  • View rollup sales and goals for the corporate accounts

Keno Sales Rep (KSR)

Keno Sale Reps visit retailers as a supplement to the sales rep visits and may be assigned specific retailers

  • View and record retailer visit details

  • Task management for self and retailers

  • View goals for retailers

  • Fill/download electronic forms

  • Take surveys on behalf of retailers

  • View assigned retailer attributes, alerts, sales, accounting, visit history and winners

  • View News items

Executive

Executive User has all access except administrative functions  

  • Highest level of access to all areas within the system

  • Research retailer information for any retailer

  • Enter and review service history records

  • Run all reports and add new reports

Super Users

Management staff who are designated as super users in the system

  • Highest level of access to all areas within the system

  • Research retailer information for any retailer

  • Enter and review service history records

  • Update news items

  • Add or delete files from the file repository

  • Maintain the POS catalog

  • Enter goals parameters

  • Maintain features,service action types, best practice types
