If you are

·         In a different tab

o    Click or touch the Field Tab

o    Click or touch the Survey Button, then My Surveys

·         Inside the Field Tab, click or touch the Survey Button, then My Surveys.

Result: The Survey Page is displayed.

Note: If you wish to complete a Public Survey, click or touch the Public Surveys button.

Locate the survey you wish to complete, and click blue Survey Title in the Title Column.

Result: The user is taken to the first page of the survey.

Answer each questions and use the navigation bar below the question to move back and forth.

Note: The skip button is available only for questions that are not mandatory.

Once you have finished the survey and are satisfied, click the to submit the survey results.

Result:  The my surveys page is loaded and the completed survey is no longer in the list.
