Follow the steps in the table below fill out a form electronically and either save to finish at a later time or submit for approval.

If you are 1. In a different tab • Click or touch the Field Tab • Click or touch the Forms Button 2. Inside the Field Tab, click or touch the Forms Button. Result: The Forms Page is displayed.

Locate the form
for which you wish to electronically fill out and click or touch
the corresponding Simply place your cursor or touch the text box and enter the information. Optional: You may choose to add notes to the document by typing in the notes section to right of the document. |

Electronically sign the document by scrolling down to the bottom of the document and clicking in the appropriate signature box. You can use a mouse or you finger to electronically sign the document. If you have a signature save a Load option will be shown. |

When finished, scroll back to the top of the document and click: • Save & Back to leave more the form to Filled Forms with a draft status (the document can be edited at a later date • Or click submit to move the form to Filled Forms with a Submitted Status (the form will be locked down with no edit ability) |
